MACHUS has identified five sets of criteria (quantitative and qualitative) that measure your business and provide a specific score. Using this methodology, it is possible to score your business time and time again to determine progress on a timely basis. The score will indicate whether your business has fallen below the point of no return and recommend it be closed; or hopefully, it will tell you whether you need major or minor work to get it right.
